Reflection from a Prisoner…

February 25, 2017 Prisoners

"If I could pass on a little, few words of wisdom to my fellow incarcerated, follow your dreams, love yourself, acknowledge your core holiness and abilities, embrace every moment and be grateful to yourself for all your goodness and give yourself the opportunity to excel at it."

(Extract from a letter written to Breda, Irish Council for Prisoners Overseas (ICPO London Prisons Caseworker) recently by a man serving a life sentence in Guys Marsh Prison, Dorset. Since being in prison he has become a yoga teacher and is shown here, in green, on an 8 hour charity yoga event.)
